Every week is laid out for you—no guesswork, no gaps, no wasted reps. What’s Included in the EF5 Velo+Power System: Every week contains six complete training days, each with a targeted purpose: Most programs give you random exercises. EF5 gives you a complete 6-day blueprint, including: ✔ A progressive weekly structure ✔ Daily warmups built like a college program ✔ Lower-body power + rotational sequencing ✔ Med ball rotational velocity work ✔ Upper-body push/pull strength ✔ Speed, conditioning, and athletic movement ✔ Mobility, durability, and arm care ✔ Core and trunk stability built into every week Nothing is left out.
