CHIPS Showcase Prep

About

Recruiting is more competitive than ever. When you arrive at a college camp or showcase, you need to be prepared to perform at your best and show evaluators what you can actually do. Designed specifically for 16U–18U ballplayers, this six-week online program prepares athletes for the physical demands of showcases, recruiting events, and college camps. Through 133 guided steps, players will complete dynamic warmups, daily workouts, mobility exercises, arm-care drills, medicine-ball training, speed work, and plyometrics. Showcases can compress months of evaluation into just a few measurable moments. This program prepares athletes specifically for those moments—helping them build toward their best 60-yard dash, exit velocity, and throwing velocity. Players arrive physically prepared, confident in their abilities, and ready to give evaluators an accurate picture of what they can bring to a program. Designed by Alex Hale—a former Division I two-way player, two-time MLB Draft pick, and one of the country’s leading player-development coaches—this program brings elite-level showcase preparation directly to athletes wherever they train.
